Seventeen Words — A Linguist’s Look at John 1:1

My daily habit for more than six decades has been to read the Bible first and then read any other good book that I could get my hands on. I have never read any commentary that equals the clarity and the in–depth study of John 1:1 as this outstanding and challenging book by Brother Duane Cleghorn. After reading Seventeen Words any serious student of the Scriptures will surely agree with me that it should be used as a textbook in Bible study classes and in Bible believing colleges, or at least be required reading for every student.
